3 Foods That Negatively Affect your Skin

Remember that old saying that goes “you are what you eat”? That saying applies to skin care as well. If you are one to eat a ton of greasy foods all the time, your skin will probably reflect that. That is why it is so important to pay attention to what foods you are consuming and if they are going to be beneficial for your skin. I will be providing 3 examples of foods that can negatively affect your skin.  #1: You better side-eye that sugar! If you are going to be avoiding anything for the sake of your skin, avoid consuming large amounts of sugar on a daily basis. Sugar is one of the biggest causes of acne and other skin issues.
